Welcome to the Nebula Incident! This is a site made to host an ongoing series of comics made for COTB OCT.

What is COTB OCT?

COTB stand for Crown of The Beast. It is an ongoing OCT (Original Character Tournament) themed around an RPG fantasy adventure that is happening right now on twitter and Discord, check out their twitter for more information.

What are these comics about?

They tell the side of the story of the character I submited to the OCT! Test subject #8, self-named Quasar, is a bioengineered starfish that has managed to break out of the institute they were created in by accepting an invitation to participate in a tournament on a far away fantasy land... This new world is full of magic and wonder, just like the ones in the books they used to read back in the laboratory- but will they really be able to find the grand adventures they seek in this world? or be faced with the complications of their own artificial existance?
